| Re: Nvidia Plans Another Re-Branding of Graphics Cards. (..again) way to ruin a perfectly nice thread man...
and its good cause they add hd video decoding which is sorely needed on the nvidia side as it is a huge point for ATI/AMD that actually does matter...
but +3 for dr.ip's statement. (too lazy to re-quote)

| Re: Nvidia Plans Another Re-Branding of Graphics Cards. (..again) There will be a new 9600GSO featuring the G94 core (9600GT) with only 48 SP's, and 256bit interface with either 256/512MB. It will take on the HD 4670.
So let's see, the 9600GSO exists in 256MB, 384MB, 512MB, and 768MB variants. Gotta love the choices!!!

They should call it the 9600gs but I guess that would make things to easy. |

| Re: Nvidia Plans Another Re-Branding of Graphics Cards. (..again) G94 is much more efficient then G92, the performance game between the 9600GT and 8800GT should be much more considering the 9600GT only has 64SP's while the 8800GT has 112SP's, but yes I agree the 4670 should still reign supreme.
