Microsoft Live Office

Does anyone here use MLO or another similar online business thingy? I've been using it for about two months but the servers seem really slow to me and their customer service (phone people, e-mail support) is really horrible.

I'm curious what services other people use for CRM, email hosting, etc. I may switch over...
