Fax/scanner/printer

I need a "machine" that has a Fax/scanner/printer in it. I am not sure where to start looking or what to call it. Are these common? I need it for a mac. Can anybody recommend anything? thanks

It would be called an All-In-One printer. Their very common, just Google it.
