yea this was mostly made as a 'internet connection PC' for devloping countries, it has been out for over a year in other places but this is its US debut.

what there aiming at is a tiny and simple computer. Im sure i could to build a WAY better pc then that. But yeah, ill shut up now.

In the CPU Magazine I get...they mentioned Earthlink will provide a pretty decent AMD computer for $70, with some version of linux, or about $150 with Windows. Pretty sure it had like 256 ram, 2GHz amd semperon, cd-rom, etc. In the idea of 'cellphone providers subsidize cellphones, why not Internet companies'? And a comparable $200? Laptop.

Don't quote me on this, I'd have to get the magazine out to check the specs for sure...if you really want to know...!
