Default Your advice please

My PC broke down yesterday and I rang PC World who will send an engineer around a week today (2nd May). It is still under extended insurance so it should still be free, because far as I know I haven't done anything. Do you think I am right that this should be free?

I you've got an extended warranty w/ in-home serivce (sounds like you do) then it will be free, I don't see anything right now that would believe me to think you'd be charged for something. Besides, most places would charge you before committing to send a tech out.

Read what you sign. Don't buy software.
