| Why are you here? So why do you hang around the forums and keep the hobby active?
Personally I find computers very intriguing I first came here to learn how to make a media server for my friends I think, I then got engorged in the whole techie side. I also see myself as an altruistic person and so sharing my knowledge is something which gives me indirect self-fulfillment. I am a 20th century kid so hand me any bit of tech and within 20 mins I will be able t tell you every function of the device its a talent that is fairly specialised to my generation with a few exceptions ofcourse.

| Re: Why are you here? I first came here looking for help with things I couldn't figure out at the shop. Computers have always been a huge passion for me, and I really don't have anyone around here to geek out with about new hardware and stuff, so this place is perfect for me.

Without computers my life would be just to boring. I just like them. I really started getting into them about 6 years ago, from then i have only gotten more envolved, starting to know the actualy fuction of circuits and stuff.

I came here with a question, started helping people, and got hooked. I kept coming to see what was new and what was happening. Now I stay because I care about this place and the people here. |
