Default Why are bosses like this.....

Why is it that employeers hate it when you call in sick. And they hate you even more when you pass around whatever illness you have to every one else in the office.

I came into work last wednesday sick as their was stuff that needed to get done. However I did go home earlier.
I spend about 2 days in bed. Boss man was not really happy about me calling in for the second day in the row.

I know come back to work, and he's telling me off for giving what ever cold I had last week.
