Default Where to find old rebates?

I bought Newegg.com - OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies a few weeks ago and have pretty much a few days left to submit a rebate. But I can't find the rebate PDF with the dates I bought it in... this one only has from Nov 1 onwards. I bought this on 10/14/2009 and almost am positive there was a rebate offered with it.

Does anyone know how to find out if there was a rebate? Is there a site that tracks things like this? I feel like I've been on a site like that before, but can't remember the name...

Thanks!
