Heres my favorite law of all time.
They only apply to people in florida though  .
Having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal ! .
When having sex, only the missionary position is legal. .

OHH this is right up my ally... lol im going into Law Enforcement..so... heres a few weird ones from canada..
My favorite one
"Homeowners are responsible for clearing snow off of municipal sidewalks."
Which means when it snows i have to go shovel and de-ice the city sidewalk infront of my house... if not I can get a fine.. and if you slip and fall you can sue me...

It's apparently illegal in Michigan to swear in front of women and children. Also, a good one: If you plan to bath in public in Rochester, MI, your bathing attire must be inspected by police beforehand.
It is illegal to eat peanuts on the grounds, but outdoor, of a courthouse on Wednesdays in (i believe) Wisconsin. Dumb Laws, Stupid Laws: We have blue laws, old laws, and just plain weird laws!

The UK smoking ban, banning smoking in indoor public places, which comes into effect in England on Sunday, 1st July 2007.

Any motorist who sights a team of horses coming toward him must pull well off the road, cover his car with a blanket or canvas that blends with the countryside, and let the horses pass.
It it illegal to sleep on top of a refrigerator outdoors.
Any motorist driving along a country road at night must stop every mile and send up a rocket signal, wait 10 minutes for the road to be cleared of livestock, and continue.
