Default Whats with the post jumpings?

I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. When you post, and another person posts, sometimes the person who posted later has the spot above the person who posted before.

Been happening quite a bit lately, I'm sure you've noticed.

I was about to say you were crazy until I went to this kids thread where I told him to run CPU-Z and low and behold my comment about running CPU-Z came before his original question

Go into the Plane thread. Look at the last two posts. They're both mine. The first post was in response to DMO's suggestion to stop flaming. The second was in reply to DMO's Physics experiments in College. I know for a fact that I posted them after each response. I know that the times clearly show that I posted several minutes after DMO, but I know what I saw.

I also KNOW that other people have noticed it because they've mentioned it and its been happening all over the place. I saw the same thing for someone else on the BF2 Forums.

Maybe...

You might have read a post and hit reply. While you were replying, another person was already replying and posted slightly beofre you. It looks like a "post jump", but it's not.

In your example about reading and replying to my post about flaming and then I had a post before yours about the college experiements, I had both of those in one post. But, before I posted it, I CTRL-Xed the experiement part to put in it's own post. So, I posted the no flaming one and posted the experiement immediately after that....probably while you were posting your response about flaming.

I've been looking at the times, but I find no examples of the listed times as being out of chronological order. Can you show me an example?

BTW, whether a member flames or not is not dependent upon another member flaming. In other words, being flamed is not a reason to flame.

Dave

Like Nubius said, it happened to him in a much more extreme circumstance. On the BF2 Forums, the same thing happened. Someone was replying to a topic, and his "asnwer" appeared before the poster's first post.
