Default whats a good vintage computer

I havnt been around long enough really to be into the old stuff, like commodor 64s and beyond that. What are some really good old pieces to collect?gunna start a computer antique collection in my office here.

Just bought part of an old rack off of ebay.. The piece has a bunch of big resistors and like 6 vacuum tubes, from one of the original computers that took up a whole room and had like over 50,000 vacuum tubes. I also bought windows version 1,, comes on a few 5 1/2 disks

If you wanna spend some cash, try to find a Macintosh Lisa or just go for the old net servers. I just picked up a HP NetServer (dual 486).

Try and find a Lisa 1, complete with 5.25" Twiggy drives and floppies. These are collectors items. So are Apple I's.

Is it a Lisa 1 (with 5.25" Twiggy drives) or a more common Lisa 2 (with a single 3.5" floppy drive)?

I think you're thinking of a Macintosh II. The Apple II couldn't handle drives without breaking them into pieces, and the IIgs could only handle up to 32MB.
