The computer world needs cheaper, lower priced broadband options to win over AOL dial-up users who will never be convinced otherwise. Whats wrong with cable companies providing 384Kbps service for $24.99 to target dial-up users? According to one recent survey, 7 in 10 American internet users still use dial-up as their primary connection. Thats unacceptable in this day and age.
