Ok back in October I took my $330 and bought an Ipod Photo. Ever since then I have beat it up alot. Thrown it, dropped it, shot it, and it always worked. Now one of my friends asked if I could borrow it. Day after day I said no till I was like fine. A couple days went by and he said I will give it back on monday, I just want to borrow it over the weekend. I knew something was fishy. So monday comes and his bs story is I left it at a friends house and the ipod and something else was missing and just so you believe me I am letting you borrow my cd player (worth like 20 bucks POS!). So now I bet I am never getting my Ipod back and I finally said I want the Ipod or 50 bucks for it on Friday before my parents flip out and take it into their own hands. What should I do. The person who I let borrow is too big for me to do much (6'5" and diesel). Should I ask for more. What he does not get it I got a job and earned the money over months to get it and bought it myself, not a present.
Also another friend borrowed my $100 earphones (or I left i there). I asked many a time to give it to me at school or drop it off at my house. I never went to his to get it because he was never home. He finally gave it to me in school all covered in this black crap and one earphone didnt work. I found out the black powder was gun powder from fire works and he said earphones worked fine when he had them. I know he didnt use them and I havent done much about this issue either. I really couldnt care since I have his 1gb sony walkman and his 14" lcd but still. They were pretty kick ***. The earphones totally stopped working. WHAT TO DO?!?!??
The other thing is I went and bought earphones for 5 bucks from a dollar store that are ok and I am buying an Ipod Mini for $25 or $30 (depends what he says he wants). I wanted $50 for my ipod but I think I should ask more and I want the money for headphones. I mean at the time the headphones were around $120 but you can get them for about $70. The Ipod was $300 but you can get one for about $50-$150. This is really messed up and I am going to have to kick some arse to get my money or stuff back!
