PP - Marshall amp eh?...I assume that's what it is considering that's the only big object left after you naming off peavey and crate. I like marshalls, super clean tone, they are just **** expensive...of course for good reason. I've got the little 15w Microstack from marshall...sounds pretty good but of course when I REALLY want to jam I gotta use my peavey half stack
Yea Marshall Mode 4 Halfstack. 3500watts of SCREAMING power. I plugged my Flying-V and wah wah-pedal into it w/out using a Medal-Zone and it is AWESOME! As you can tell my lead guitarist isnt using any effects on it either lol. It is so clean and so crisp. It was from my uncle because my acoustic got stolen. (BTW he works for the city of Dallas and is NOT rich i assure you) I like those little Marshall stacks. My dad has a 12 watt one that is white. He got one when they first came out. Im sure yours prolly sounds better cause its newer. Great to practice quietly on though right?

Surely you mean 350w right? I don't see 3500 coming out of a halfstack 4x12 cabinet no matter what

And yeah I can tell it's not some brand new off the shelf marshall or something which would be a minimum of $2000 more than likely.

Don't know, I never use it to practice quietly I bought one of those picks you put in your accoustic guitar though and combined with a good clean tone on my RP-200 pedal the accoustic plugged into it sounds great. Been quite a while since I used this little stack honestly since I mainly always used the peavey. I'll probably use it when I get my distortion pedal though as I'm sure with the dimebag it'll make a nice clean jam.

I don't need any effects on my peavey either, produces both a good distortion and clean sound by itself.....HOWEVER, now that I was spoiled with that guitar I feel I must get a new distortion pedal I've never had just a straight up distortion pedal though. That RP-200 does a variety of effects

Lol 3500 whoops. Yes i do mean 350 and the cabient is 400. It is brand new though. 1500$ for the half stack on sale at Guitar Centre. I got to take it outa the box and everything. What i was talking about not being new is my dads mini Marshall stack which is white compared to your black one. I think he got his back in 98 or 97. Still good though.

Well, for some odd reason i really cashed in this year.

$200 check so i can tint my car windows
$150 check for whatever (most likely camera lenses)
3 Photography Magazines and a Photography guide
an issue of MaximumPC
camera tripod
a Fujifilm digital SLR camera (in the mail)
possibly an X-Fi Xtrememusic (we'll see on monday)
El Cheapo LED rechargeable flashlight
a shirt and some socks.

out of all the gifts i got this year, the D-SLR camera was by far the best. Can't wait to go out and shoot up the town!!!
