Me and him do all the car work and the thing though is that we live in colorado and we can't get anyone to tune it so what we do is get people with rotarys needing a tune and they split the cost for a guy in texas to fly out.
I still can't help but like them.

I love my car more than life itself
[my car]

But if I had the option for ANY car I wanted right now... I would definitely take this.

I'm not really big on Corvettes, but this body style and year was the best.

Hard to answer such a question because there's so many.

My reasonable love: 2006 Mitsu Evolution IX MR (Wicked White)

My ultimate never going to have love: Nissan GT-R R34 (White also)

Coming from DSMs I drool at every Evolution, but the IX takes the cake with MIVEC.

Also on the list, RX-7 of course, STi, Supra, M3, 3000GT.

Even though the front is somewhat nice, gag me with a spoon. I remeber seeing that on the RX7Club website and was so ashamed! RX7s are meant to look like, and only meant to look like...

Now, I hate rice don't get me wrong...
But that RX-7 is a true high-performance car.

Every external body-piece on that car is most-likely functional. Wide-body means that the handling over the stock car is incredible. This thing probably handles like a go-kart on crack. The shape of the wing is clearly functional because its molded onto the car rather than just bolted down like so many rice-tuners do. Those gaping holes in the body kit are actually there to ventilate and cool the brakes. They also create downforce and keep the car on the road. The back bumper cover has turbulence silencer design as well. This keeps the wind moving under the car from being too choppy at high speed and therefore keeps the back of the car stable.

Now, obviously it looks like crap compared to the original car, but the original RX-7 would not be able to perform anywhere NEAR the caliber that the widebody could.

Fine vehicles, every one of 'em.

My preference...My 1973 Cheverolet Cheyenne 3/4 ton 2WD. 454 with a Holly 4 barrell, bolted to a Turbo 350 transmission. 4.10:1 rear end. I could climb about anything, pull the cattle trailers ( I grew up on a farm...what can I say) and still lift the front end up 8" off the ground. God I miss that truck. *sniff*

Molsen is a high-performance company. Every external body-piece on that car is most-likely functional. Wide-body means that the handling over the stock car is incredible. I don't want to go too far off topic, or start an argument with my statement.

But I didn't even mention rice, nore I did I call that RX-7 rice because I'm also aware of what's under the hood. That is basically an advertisement for the company, I'm not necessarily taking a shot at the company, but I AM however, taking a shot at someone who would spend that much money on the widebody. Again, I'm not even talking about "rice", even though that word is way overused and doesn't even have any meaning nowadays because of how often it's used.

Also, you say the original RX-7 would not be able to perform anywhere near that one, however, that widebody is what, a few thousand dollars, not including the paint job, rear hatch and chrome ( ) rims. I can almost guarantee that if you took the same RX-7 (w/ performance mods) and take the money used on the widebody to put it towards performance and handling, that it would be better then one with the widebody.

I just feel that amazing machines like the Supra, RX-7, evolution, STi, Skyline, etc are so beautiful stock that they should stay that way and put the money where it counts. Anyways, I'm done, just wanted to back my statement up, if you like it, more power to you! But there's just better things to spend the money on that's all. Have a good day
