Default Weight Gain Over the Summer!!!! :P

Has anyone else gained alot of weight already?

As for me, i started at like 195 lbs, then I am already at 200lbs.

And I am just 15 years old! (at least turning 15 on August)

So is this bad?

(also, share your "weight gain" stories if you have em'!!!)

5lbs gain ain't much. My weight can fluctuate within 7lbs in a week.

How tall are you?

I know what you mean. I was always very skinny but that was because i was a vegetarian. I have started eating meat and have gained weight. I have started running every other day and working out. my weight fluctuates but i believe that is because i am building muscle...i hope well...thats what i keep telling myself

5lbs? lol dont worry man, I lift weights and eat like a horse. my weight fluctuates upto 8-10 pounds every day in either direction. You should weigh yourself in the morning after you take a crap and before you take a shower, and dont eat late at night and you should be fine.

Adz there are many ways, you must attack your mussel groupds from every way possable. Also what is your split so i can see if you are correctly using your mussel in it.

Here are some things i do from week to week

www.bodybuilding.com is one i frequent quite often. I just do leg lifts and tons of crunches for my abs. Leg lifts hurt more than crunches in my opinion.

Go find out... http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm

I'm not on summer vacation yet but I usually lose weight over the summer cause I'm not so exhausted from school, so I do more exercise.
