I know but they are excellent monitors....

And when you are ordering 20 computers for a client who loves, has to have Dell (don't tell me I know but the customer is always right) It is pretty easy to "throw and extra 20 incher on the order.

;-)
if you catch my drift.

btw never buy always build.

What are you talking about? Are you saying he should have built his own monitor?

I suppose having an Apple monitor is like "eating dog @#$%" too?

He just doesn't like Dell monitors. They're just Samsungs anyways.

The Dell LCD's have by far the best stands I've seen. Sure, the LCD panel is made by Samsung, but the base/stand/case on Dells is freaking nice.

Not to mention the powered 4 port usb 2.0 hub. And yes they are the best stands I have seen. Too expensive but when they are free...

If i were you i'd buy a video capture card, install it.
Then capture all 19 JB videos from VHS to HDD, then burn all those movies to DVD.

Save a butload of money.

The quality would not be as good. I have done a fair share of vhs capture and it is never as good. Not to mention the special features and such. As a bond fan i would reccomend the dvd's and get them in widescreen to watch on your hd tv. :-) or wait for them in hddvd.

PS this is not a dell monitor thread allthough I appriciate the support.
