or i dont have to pay, theres definetly a way around it i know a way if your torrenting though

Not all exchanges carry smaller ISP's, unfortunately. The larger ones also offer the most competative rates - thats why there big.

You can get broadband from any Wholesale internet providers. Not just the ones that install equipment in your exchange via LLU. I.e. Entanet 'offer' LLU but you can still go for their ADSL package by using BT whole sale.
