Default Is there software available to tell me what running in my computer system?

I am looking at selling my computer and I want to take an inventory of what is currently in the computer. It has been awhile since I have looked through my computer and I want to give an accurate inventory of what is inside it.

Is there a program that gives an inventory list of what is running?

I prefer CPU ID. It's very simplistic but wont give you too much detail to hard drive or cd drive or anything. Mainly just cpu, motherboard, ram, and some video card info.

CPUID

Click on download latest version on top left.
