The steretype of a computer nerd as most people see is:

- 2 inch thick black glasses
- pants up to their neck
- talks with a monotone
- slick back hair
- pen behind their ear
- sits behind their computer all day

None of those match me at all, but i do like the use of technology and computers.

yes, in between a 5 day school week and football practice and games every day, I definately have way too much time on my hands.

I think everyone who grew up in the 90s knows that song. Back to topic though most people I know who are computer nerds arent like that at all and no one expects them to be. The computer nerds here where tapered jeans, nike running shoes, sweaters, dont put product in their hair (just a big fluff ball), and they all watch anime. But some do talk mono tone. But then again Im in like the technological heart of Canada (I mean city wise - KW).

where im at, nobody except wiggers puts stuff in their hair. nobody talks monotone, and we put our pencils in our pants pockets. although we do tend to were hl2 shirts or the classic "there is no place like 127.0.0.1" shirt. i have yet to find anybody who talks in monotone.
