| Re: starwars The Clone wars animated movie Yeah i keep seeing the previews for it. Looks real good. The continuation of hte Clone Wars. Anakin gets his own Padawan. It looks good. but i would have rather have seen the drawn animation over the CG. But i will still get the DVD to complete my collection. I have all of the movies, including the Cartoon on DVD and will get this just to have the full thing.
Even got hte Ewok and other movie as well. Yes i am a geek. Thank you.

| Re: starwars The Clone wars animated movie I am looking forward to this. I saw the previews of it when I was watching The Dark Knight. It looks like it's a working version of that Clone Wars TV series from a few years back.
I did not like the clone wars cartoon series from a few years back. I did not like the 5 minute format. Especially considering that the first 1 minute was a recap, and the last 20 seconds was what was happening next episode.
However I am looking forward to this. I will be seeing the movie of this when it comes out in the next week or so.
I am glad that they are making building more on the friendship between Anakin and ObiWan. It was not existant in Episode II. And Episode III was only touched on lightly.
The other thing that I am looking forward to is the live action episode 3.5 tv series that bridges the gap between Episode III and Episode IV. The fall of the republic. The rise of the empire. The birth of the rebelion.

| Re: starwars The Clone wars animated movie yeah.. but i wish this one was a little less cartoony. A bit more realism would be better for my taste. BUT nonetheless YAY! another starwars film! |

| Re: starwars The Clone wars animated movie Is this a stand alone movie, or a movie with a TV series.
When I remember reading about this a few years ago, I thought that this was going to be a CGI TV series.
Just have a question for all those Star Wars EU readers. Did Ahsoka Tano show up at all in the EU clone war books/comic????
