Cool Star Wars: The Clone Wars - August 15, 2008, ALL CGI but a bit cartoonish

FINALLY FOUND IT!

IMDb Video: Star Wars: The Clone Wars -- Theatrical Trailer

here is the trailer in HD; choose from 480p, 720p, n 1080p:

Movie-List - Star Wars: The Clone Wars Trailer Page

if u guys have seen the Clone Wars Season 1 n 2 that came on Cartoon Network will be most familiar to the looks of this movie.

in a nutshell, the Clone Wars Season 1 n 2 were hand-drawn episodes of what happened after Episode 2 n before Episode 3. Grievious kicked butt, fought 8 jedis, killed 7 of them BY HIMSELF! Anyways, Season 1 n 2 r already on DVD, so look for them n i expect this movie to be good.

EDIT:

oh n i would like to add that there will be a Star Wars TV series some time in the Fall. I do not know what episodes it is covering but just expect one; it was announced the same time this movie was announced back last summer of 2007 if i remember.

I love Star Wars but I think I might wait for this one on DVD, unless it gets really good reviews.

For the TV series, there was talk of Mark Hamill making the occassional cameo and small appearances.

Looking forward to it. I hope it's better than the Clone Wars Cartoon from a few years back.

that was a good show, but each episode was short. I think this movie is gonna follow right after it. The art style is VERY similar to the cartoon.

I hope the series is good. It would be nice to have another good scifi series to watch in addition to Stargate Atlantis.

In 2009, they will be starting a Star Wars Episode 3.5 TV series. These will be exanding on the events between Episode III and Episode IV

Season 1 of that annoyied me. It was 5 minute episodes where 1 minute of that was a recap on the last episode.
