Sirius Satellite Radio Subscription

Does anyone know of anywhere that offers the subscription for less that $12.95 a month? I tried ebay and I can't find anything.

Well the only way to save money is to buy like a year or 6 months at a time.

ehhh, thats a lot of money. Is it the lifetime of the radio, or my lifetime? So if my radio breaks, can I transfer it to another?
