Default Rogers Cable Internet - Slow Bittorrent Speeds!

Anyone been noticing this using Rogers Internet Broadband connection? My bittorrent speeds never rise over 1kbps, even on really active torrents.

if you're behind a router you'll need to setup a DMZ host as well.

What bittorrent client allows you to change your port? I'm using BitComet.

utorrent is awsome.

you select port in setup (when installing) and it will scan and test for you to make sure it works.

I hate azureus. I only use it when a tracker is down since it'll let you still get the files from seeders.
