Yea you can get a USB printserver (wired an wireless an both) to turn it into a true network printer, so if the computer that the printer is connected to is off the printer will still print a document it lets you have the printer someware in the house an you can just print an collect it when your ready.

The HDD is worth something to anyone, idk if the psu is on the recommended list, the lcd might get a few dollars (i would like one, just to put with my old rig), maybe somebody would take the opteron off of you for really cheap but you won't get more then $15 is my guess.
