question: Do all DVD-ROM drives read dual-layer discs? I only need a few, one particularly for MUGEN, it's over 4GBs now n i have a Hi-res MUGEN that is over 1GB. I have 4.7GB DVDs to put it on but im not even half way full of chars in MUGEN, only less then 400 chars, n the total slots is like over 800+. I have a LITE-ON SATA DVD-ROM drive btw.

i found this off newegg for their black friday deals:

this is a 20 pack n i would like to get even less then this if possible. Suggestions?
