Default popping out car dent

i was out with mates and dropping one home he was so drunk, he accidently bumped into my car and made a dent in my bodywork my question is whats the best way to popping out a dent this is the picture

Get a small plunger, wet the surface and then use the suction of the plunger to gently pull it out. It will may leave a small crease at the top and bottom of the dent, but odds are it will look fine. Just don't pull too hard or you will make another mess.

That looks worse then somebody bumping into your car. Looks like a tree or something fell on it, without scratching the paint.

Take it to a paintless dent removal place. You are far more likely to further damage it than someone who is trained to fix it.

Edit, then give the bill to your buddy

They sell dent-removal kits on TV. It would be cheaper to get one than go to a shop.

Odds are it will pop out like Dave said, though.
