If he had skill then he'd know his car, and its limits. You couldn't outrun a cop on the freeway with a v6 stang, s/c v6 might be another story. The only way he'd have a chance is dusting them in cornering, city streets, back roads, anything without straight road. I guess its hard to think when your hearts pounding in your ears, or remember for that matter.
