is it possible to setup a static ip to change every 3 seconds, then use the mouse recorder to vote, i just purchased the mouse recorder but how do i get my ip to change automatically? Please help guys, she is a great friend and i owe her many favors.

It is pretty easy to write software that does that, it downloads lists of proxy servers and makes the hits through those.
