Haha, yea im not very "audio educated", thats why I asked the question here instead of figuring it out by myself. . But yea the monitor doesnt have built in speakers, and I am using component to use my 360 on the monitor. Gateway offers a speaker for the monitor, should I just buy that?

I am not familiar with the product, but I am guessing the speaker accessory is just meant to plug to a sound card, but will not have inputs for something like 360. However, you may be able to get it to work with an RCA -> mini jack adapter.

Alternatively, something as basic as a "boom box" would most likely have stereo inputs.
