Well, i got some money and was about to make a purchase, and went to log in, and it said i had the wrong password. so I went thru the forgotten password thing to be sure, changed it, and went to log it, and it still will not log me in, it says "Your Login ID and/or Password could not be found or are invalid. We apologize for any inconvenience."

wtf....uncool. i havent used it in about 2 months, but they shouldnt delete it, should they? i also have some important purchase information on there. What would cause this?

or not. i just tried it in internet explorer, and it logged me in. wtf? will not log in thru firefox 2.0.0.6!


Just forget I said anything. A nice restart does a lot of good, I can log in now!

I doubt that they would delete it on you after two months, give them a call an see what they say.

delete ur cookies, history etc etc... and try again..
