Default My wrists got owned

So far it seems FPS games own my wrist. I've got my mosue in a position so that my wrist isnt bent upwards, but it's not really a great position, I cant really do anything about its position though. Do other people here have soar wrists after a while of gaming? If so what do you do to prevent/remedy it, my wrist is really hurting me right now.

Could I have perma damaged it form 10 years of gaming? I'm 18 so is it possible to develop something like carpal tunnel by this age (I doubt I have this but I'll probably get it in future)?

masturbate frequently so that your wrist gets used to fluid motion......I suggest switching it up if you can manage that.

TECHNICALLY of course it is possible to have carpal tunnel or even arthritis at a young age, but I seriously doubt you have that. Most kids simply play too many games without resting or moving the hand in different directions and such then build it up in their mind that something is wrong with em.

Stop playing FPS for hours lol. Problem solved.

I play pianio, guitar, type about 100wpm, my job is internet related, also played trumpet and violin.....I definitely see carpal tunnel or arthritis in my hands and fingers as an adult

As of right now if I play fast on my guitar for long periods of time the thick muscle in the thumb starts to tense up and hurt =/ Annoys me too

" masturbate frequently so that your wrist gets used to fluid motion......I suggest switching it up if you can manage that. " That is the funniest thing I've read on this forum.

You know the worst wrist feeling ever, go rock climbing and try playing piano. It really sucks and you play terribly, I rock climb every wednesday and play piano and tried it once, it was brutal.

After reading that carpal tunnel thing I'm thinking as a challenge I might try for a while making my left hand the mouse hand. I'm sure itll be hard as **** at first but after a while I might be able to do it. Hey it might even make me use the right side of my brain, isnt that what neurologists are always talking about?

I am left handed and I once tried to switch to using my right hand for the mouse for a while. Let me tell you one thing your gaming skillz (if you have any) will all go byebye. Seriously though I think it messes with your brain when you do that so I wouldn't recommend it.

I can game with the left or right hand just fine. 'Ain't no thang but a chicken wang.' However, I can only write with the left.
