I have a nokia 8890, it's the really cool phone that's grey, with the slide down cover over the numbers. Well the **** screen fades in and out, i've noticed when i have it in my pocket or the phone is warm, the screen works fine. But when i have it sitting on my desk or nightstand or in my car. The screen fades out, locks up or just plain is screwed up.
Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?

the phone was originally bought by my friend from Cingular. He used it about six months and got tired of the service, i bought the phone, threw in my T-Mobile chip and it works just fine, except for the whole screen issue...
