well im back, our house still hasnt been repaired since teh fire, im not at my grandmas anymore its to feminine there me and my dad are at my baby bros god fathers place, anyway i also found out the bad news about my knee, i have a torn mcl, and both my posterior ligaments are torn, and there seems to be damage to my knee cap, which wotn be identified until i get my mri, and where also schedualing a surgeon, also GTA4 is great lol, thats mainly why i havent been on my buddy lent me his xbox 360 and i rented gta4 for 2 weeks lol. also ive been playign alot of rugby, secodn game tomorow, im psycked. anyway thats all the news about my life just thought u guys would have liked to know where ive been.

get off the knee, see an orthopaedic specialist and maybe a physio. you don't mess with injuries like this you can cause permanent damage.

im playing rugby and i have seen a specialist, im playing rugby but my coach wotn start me because of it. the knee will be fine the damage is allready ireversable i need surgery to fix it, anyway ya been a ruff week, i now have a pinched nerve in my right shoulder and it kills.
