Default most scary computing experience

sorry is this has already been posted, i did search but couldnt find anything.

mine happened today. i was making a new partition, as i am considering doing a linux from scratch project, and i requires a ext2/3 partition. i made it, then tried to boot ubuntu. didnt work, so i booted windows, and deleted the partition. rebooted. GRUB error. could not boot ANYTHING. i was like: "OH NO!!! what on earth have i done??!!

then i remebered fixmbr, and booted back into windows.

scary stuff.

This one time in college, I got drunk and urinated on athe floppy diskette containing my senior thesis. 22 pages on encryption. I then removed myclothing and went to the computer Center where I remembered I saved it on the netwoek drive.
Then I urinated on the network drive.
Avter that was all done, I had remembered I turned in the paper the day before.

One time i totally bent two of the back IDE pins on a 20gb hard drive. Lucky for me, i knew where my dad kept his needle nose pliers so i was able to bend them back into place and the hard drive is still working great =]

The current scarey thing is my current version of Nero 6 and the fact that it seems to want to blow away external hard drives that are connected to my computer via Firewire.

Mine was back in 2002 when I tried to install winxp on my dad's old p2 400mhz and it formatted ok then took about 40 min and was just finished copying files and as it said configuring hardware I got a BSOD then hit enter then It restarted and it kept doin that I go soo scared because my dad needed the computer for banking and business things everyday. In the end it turned out a fan had died a while back and the mobo fried but after that was fixed xp installed just fine.

I unplugged the power to a Hard Drive when the computer was on, and then put it back in.

I saw an arch of electricity come out then a crack, then the computer turned off.

But...amazingly it worked fine after that.

I will never ever ever ever ever do that again.

i tried to clean out the dust in my pc. so i tried to take out the motherboard so i need to take out the plugs to all of the other hardware. so i took out the things that turn the computer on. they are those small knobs but there are like 6 of them in 15 places. i had to try and put them back in the right place. real frustrating. i was only 13 so i thought i screwed my computer up hardcore. well it was scary. but not serious.

I would have to say last year, when I saw my brand new PC catch fire. Scared me senseless.
