Alright, so let me tell you about today.
I wake up, get my **** together, go to school and find out that there was some water leak or w/e and we are dismissed home or we could stay in homeroom ALL day. So I, being sane, go home.
I get home at 9:30am. I'm thinking, all right, Guild Wars till noon, then we'll study some physics or programming or just watch porn.
It's 9:45am, I finally get my school uniform off (catholic school) and I look in my closet and find a mATX Socket 370 motherboard, some ECS P6 something, and a 500mhz s370 Celeron, along with its cooler. Hmm... Perhaps build a new system? My brother is in need of one, and how happy would he be to see a new system waiting for him when he gets home.
It's 11am. I just put everything together. I turn it on. It doesn't work. Okay, not panic, this has happened before. Lets see what we can do here....
It's 11:30am. I'm angry as ****. The **** computer keeps giving me problems. I'll begin my troubleshooting process.
It's 1:30pm. I just salvaged parts from 4 computers lying around my house. After I fix one problem, another one happens, after another, after another, and another. Yeah. Somehow I keep fixing these problems, and they just keep popping up again. Windows 2000 isn't even installed yet, **** BIOS is so retarded.
It's 2:00pm. I'm in a drunken rage cracking motherboards and throwing RageXL's at the wall. I growl in anger as I dual wield a 350watt power supply in one hand, and a 400watt power supply in one hand (both work perfectly fine) and I commence pummeling of the case.
It's 2:15pm. I calm down. I salvage whatever parts I want to keep, and I throw out the rest.
It's 2:30pm, and I decide to post my little story on Tech-Forums. Man. Today has been such a waste of time. Not only did I not accomplish anything, I actually became counterproductive in terms of destroying hardware that I never use. I had this $80 case sitting in my closet that my sig computer use to sit in, but I replaced with my sonata II, now that $80 is scrap metal. It's only crime? Looking ugly, and having a ****ty weak plastic bezel. I don't think I've ever gotten so frustrated over hardware. I'm pretty sure I even urinated on the **** motherboard before I threw its cracked remains out. Old SDRAM cracks glass, if thrown at propour velocity, btw.
It's 2:42pm. I'm done typing this post. System of a Down plays in the background and I'm getting ready to play video games and clean up the mess I left in my brothers room. OH ****. I LEFT MY WIN2K CD IN THE **** CDROM.... Argg......
