Question

Monitor Problems. HELP!!!

My monitor all of a sudden is going into safe-mode instead of the light turning green. How can I fix that? I've been told to buy a new PCU...but, I don't know.

Integrated Graphics
IBM Aptiva 1997 Win 95 upgraded to XP
128 MGs RAM
