Default Matrices help!!!!

Anyone good at college algebra? Matrices?

I have a test tomorrow... i'm good with everything except I'm TOTALLY lost on getting a Matrix into Eschelon form.

I've tried google, and all I got was emails/assignments from professors/teachers.

Can anyone explain this to me... in idiot terms? Or find a good link?

Thanks!!!!!!

p.s. I hate math.

ok... NVM now... I got it. I found a better explanation that really explained each step carefully and slowly highlighting everything that was done.

Thanks chankama for helping... much appreciated.

lol... thanks guys. I think I did ok on the test.... i know i missed 2-3, but i'll be fine. I worked it out.... I have to get at least a 57 on both this test and the final next week to pass the class with a C. So, i'm fine for sure. The test today I know I at least got an 80 on so the final wont get me a failing grade. I have an 84 in the class right now, plus the test I took today and the final next week.

I hate math.... lol I have to take statistics next semester. GRRR

****, too bad I'm not taking vector calculus until next quarter.

In any case, matrices and their "subcomponents" (e.g. Cramer's Rule, Gauss-Jordan Elimination) are very important in my field of study, and I consistently use them as a shortcut for solving network analysis problems whenever I have two or more unknown values.

Sometimes people don't give math enough credit.
