Default Life

I've noticed lately that life is good for the most part if you're willing to try, but i've also noticed that there are a list of things that i want, things i have, and things i could have. Some of the things i want are the same things that i could have.. and that brings me to why i decided to post a thread on the off topic. I have enjoyed reading this forum for quite a while and i respect the opinions of many of you posters, so i thought i'd share my little thought. For an example of things i want and could have but DONT have, i'll use a stereo.... imagine if theres a stereo at the store and you want it very very very badly, and you have the 50 dollars that it would cost to buy it... why not buy it?... That brings up a few questions like, "how do i get to the store?", "how do i purchase the stereo "(assuming there isnt someone following you around asking you to buy everything you see ***COUGH**BESTBUY***COUGH***) ahem..... so the thing that i want isnt really a thing and i dont want to go much into detail, but thats not really relevant because my question for you all is...... If we have the ability, the desire, and the will to do something... why dont we do it?......... if you truely understand my question.. take a minute to ponder gas prices, politics, and the FACT that the government can now (without warning mind you) bulldose your house, nuke another country, spend 5 million of your tax dollars on random things we care nothing about, and never say a word about it.......... /cg_flamerspeech 0

it depends on whats important, needs always outweigh wants....so just cause you CAN buy that stereo doesn't mean you should because there very well could be other things more important that you need.

It's like the Suicidal Tendencies song says..."99% of life is what you make of it, so if your life sucks, YOU suck"

can't argue with that

Life is what you make it.
If you've heard that too many times to count then you've heard the truth too many times to count, but you ignored it too many times to count.

Those are pretty broad questions you asked there. There are millions of answers for each which other people have already figured out and many of them are willing to share that knowledge with others. So, why invent the wheel when others already have it in mass production?

yeaaah that's a tiny *** part of it which most people know because of limp bizkit tossing in that line in one of their songs....the songs called "institutionalized" from suicidal tendancies and it was when they were more punk compared to the song I mentioned they are older, not so much 'punk rock' and sing completely different.
