LG Plasma TV (In-Built Digital Tuner)

Well i bought one of these machines about 9 - 10 months ago. And i've started having problems.

Sometimes for example i try to turn it on, it turns on for 2 seconds or so then just goes back to the stand-by state.

other times. i can turn it on it stays on and works for 5 minutes or so then turns back to stand-by state.

any ideas?

call the LG service centre.

I had to call them for a similar problem with my DVD recorder, and they gave me advice.

to tell you the honest truth, I HATE LG... every single product i've seen of theirs is GARBAGE. I have never owned one, but my mom has one and my dad had two and also other people.... just never works right.

I agree... call the service center. It sounds as though it might be burnt out. Plasma's do eventually burn out, or at least the screen starts to burn around the edges.
