Apart from 20Gb more hard drive space in the iPOD, is there any thing more that i am getting the with 40Gb iPOD.
To my understanding, an iPOD is nothing more than a Laptop hard drive in a portable music enclosure. So if Apple thing that i am going to pay an extra $100 for a bigger laptop hard drive (with normally around about AU$20 more), I'll stick with the 20Gb model as the 40Gb Model price increase (IMHO) is unjustified.
| Well I personally do not think it is worth it but, its your choice

However I am all ears for another alternatives. Like 20Gb worth of music will be just fine for me.

| i would say H120 is better then the ipod.
her me go ranting the pros and cons of each player:
the ipod has better firmware
but firmwares are upgradeble, so it should not be a problem.
ipod only has 12 hrs of batt life.. and about 300 charge cycles
H120 has 16 hrs of batt life and 3000 charge cycles
ipod has games/etc.. but that would kill the small amount of batt life even faster
ipod has OTF playlist..but thats part of firmware
H120 has builtin radio and rec
ull have to buy accessories for the ipod to have those
ipod has more accesories
H120 remote has a lcd screen(remote comes with the player)
ipod uses a touch wheel
ipod is about 1-2 mm smaller

| I would go for an mp3 player that is not an ipod. Ipods are only good for around 18 months before the battery completely dies. I don't see what is so good about them anyway. :snob: |
