Inappropriate thread

grrrrrrrrrr i bought 2x PC3200512mb gold crucial Ballitix ram sticks, and when they finally got here (bought the time i thot he stiffed me) i install them and all my other new parts, i start up my computer and try to run programs, games, etc.......well they all crash..i take out the ocz and install my original cheap Corsair valuselect 2x 512mb and games, etc work fine!!!!

well is there anything i can do to make the ram work right or should i get a refund from that........nevermind.......anyway thanx 4 ur help

i recieved them from newegg, just took them out of the box, put the PCI rack with it. and shipped it.

Ship the ram back to you and i will ship you a replacement, and i will see if they work before hand. Like i said i never tried those ram out.

And it is not OCZ ram btw

check the ram is seated correctly and the pairs are matched properly. remove your original ram and try only the new ram then run memtest.

try playing with the timings, maybe your mobo doesn't like the stock ones

He sold me a 9800XT which works superb. (BTW man i sent the money 2 days ago. I swear if it comes back im shooting the mail man cause thats 120$ thats floating around!!!) I dont think hed stiff you man.

when i alerted him about the thread he said he would return the money to you then he would take it back then rma it to newegg and keep it.

this morning (xmas) i put the sticks in 1 at a time...the first 1 worked, but on the second my computer crashed......Pzerofgh, i marked the package of the bad 1 and i will return the ram and u can issue replacements or refund, whichever u want....

FOLKS ITS BAD LUCK TO EDIT UR SIG TO ACCOMADATE PARTS THAT U HAVNT GOT YET!!!:/

You put ram in while your computer was on? Is that even allowed? I always shut my computer down when I did ram adjustments...
