When i am really ****ed off... and ppl say calm down, i am like SHUT UP i dont give a ****.
(sorry for the language  )
anyhow, one thing seems to never fail to make me laugh. when im mad one of my good friends, if there, will go: ooooo anger 
idk why.
i realize this is worthless but who knows maybe some one will learn to cope with their anger/stress if they think bout it
sooo post back what calms u down!
