Because every component they use is very high end.

You could build the same system, but buying the pieces separtely will cost you about the same, is cheaper to build yourself, but pretty close......

I would say if you really knew what you wanted, and have the time, build it yourself, you will save some money, and you will get everything you want.

if you have the money, and dont want to wait, buy it now..

i mean 14 000 is ALOT for a computer...
