Has anyone here used this page? I've used it several times and always get a real person. Well today I needed to call American Express so I looked up the number, called it, and followed the pressing 0 repeatedly. When I got the lady, she was all like, sir, where did you get this number?! and got mad because I didn't hold like everyone else, then she hung up on me after giving me the *right* number to call. Hahaha. Just seeing if anyone else has used this and what the results were, and if you haven't, it's awesome, so try it!

Haha... I always use the 000000 to speak with someone. You should file a complaint. Customer Service is everything to companies. If that were me, I would file a complaint.
