Default i screwed up the size of my text

i think i hit likw ctrl + something, and now the writting in certain website, like this one, is huge. I have looked in the control panel and can't find it, i only found a place to change the size on the top of the window, but that is still normal size. Does any one know what i hit or how to fix it? thanks

I hate it when my boss uses my work station, becoz he forget to adjust that.

Then again, my boss where both CONTACT LENS and GLASS as the same time, and he is still blind as a bat some days.

lol, also, if you hold control and move your scroll wheel up and down it changes your text size.

That's probably what happened.
