COKE-DRINKER

Default I need some help please!

Hi, I have a JVC CPS MX-GC5 Stereo and I want to hook it up to a tv. The tv is a 20" Citizen tv. Now I have the stereo-mini-plug to go into the back of the tv. All the cables are there and they're all connected, but I dont get any sound. I've done everything right but no sound, i don't understand why .

Can anyone point me in some kind of good direction, thanks in advance.

Check in the TV's on-screen menu and see if there is an option to select your sound out-put source.
I had to switch my mom's TV's output like that when I hooked up her surround sound.

But if thats not the case, then I dunno

are you sure the back of the TV isn't audio-in..? i'm pretty sure low-end TVs don't have audio-outs...
