at work today, I was just pondering about the way people think
I've noted that as I count anything, I use sounds in my head as a 'ticker'
after thinking a while, I found there are a number of ways to think, whether people realise it or not
another way to think is to visualise things in your head, using genarated sight rather than genarated sound
I have usually not visualised numbers while counting, so I found that it was harder to do at first. however, I believe if it was practiced more, I would maybe find it a much better method.
so I thought, why do I use sounds to think?
I realised that I do this, because this is also the way people communicate; people communicate by talking, with sounds, therefore they think that way too
I've found that I can think more efficiently if I thought about one thing using sounds, another at the same time by visualising it, and using my hands and feeling to wrap and make burgers at the same time
there must be more ways to think, so I think I just might think about thinking for a while (lol)
