Because it is taking school property on their land. You are not only stealing something the school owns but your doing it on the land they own.

Yes I know it's dumb but that is how the law view it.

Okay, it was missing the hard drive, and optical drive, but every thing else was there.

If it's tip and I see a computer, I do have a quick look. It it any thing beyond an 500Mhz CPU, then I will salvage it.

i know what u mean. dumpster diving is fun! and rewarding! I've managed to find some nice stuff. My 2nd puter is built out of that crap and didn't cost me a dime. It's 1.4 Ghz T-bird with 640mg pc-133, Geforce 2 gts, dvd-rom (haven't find a burner yet), 40+20gb hds, 17" monitor. plus i got some other **** like cases (one server case), mobos, 1ghz socket a athlon, 600mhz and 550mhz p3, more hds, vid cards, speakers, etc. hehe. also i got this one mobo, msi pt8 neo-v socket 478 "prescott ready"... i just don't know if it works or not, it was in the original package (in a plastic bag and all), but i don't got a cpu to test it. some interesting stuff also on some of these hds...pictures of weird people, weird documents (fighting about divorce and kids and stuff), names and addresses... time for some harassing and blackmailing...

yeah im a filthy low life scum *******
