[Biker-Boy-Nay]

hi, im having trouble with this hitachi 28inch Tube TV Which wont turn on... i got it for Free, i bought it home.. and it worked perfectly untill my dad had blown it out for free of dust with some air thingy lol which i said no because it might affect the components inside the t.v... he put the case back on correctly and when he plugged it in.. he pushed the on button but nothing worked?.. so he took it apart again.. and discovered that it was blowing out fuses.. any ideas why its doing this ?
